In my previous review. They made good on their mistake, retrieved the truck and made a deal. Sube was outstanding and didn't have control of the previous situation. What had happened was out of his control but once he got the control back he handled it like a true professional. My experience was very professional and they owned the mistake. I am impressed with the overall experience of ownership and the williness to fix the mistake. Thanh Nguyen the finance manager was awsome to work with and understood the value of customer service.
