Kyle is the best service advisor I have ever had! ! I have owned only Honda’s since 2002. He is very courteous and professional and very nice. He definitely is a gem for Grapevine Honda. ! Short version: The finance department tried five dishonest tactics, including high‑pressure add‑ons, switching my financing, falsifying paperwork, and hidden fees. I only caught them by reading ever dishonest tactics, including high‑pressure add‑ons, switching my financing, falsifying paperwork, and hidden fees. I only caught them by reading every line—be careful, and don’t let them rush you. The finance department tried five separate tactics after we had already agreed on a final price: 1. The finance manager spent nearly 45 minutes pressuring me to buy Honda Care, starting at $4,800 and lowering it to $3,100 while repeating “trust me, this is the best price.” 2. I brought pre‑approved financing from Chase, but the contract listed a different lender without my consent. I only caught this because I read the fine print. 3. Even though I declined a trade‑in, all of the paperwork still included the trade in. I don't know why they didn't update the contract to not include it. 4. For the sections referencing the trade‑in, the finance manager signed in my place instead of correcting the contracts. 5. They added a $1,600 fee I never agreed to, raising the total above our settled price of $34,723. After two hours in the finance office, I walked out rather than give them another chance to scam me. If you buy here, review every page yourself and don’t let them rush you. Based on other reviews, my experience is not unique. More
