My well-loved sedan died recently, so I bought a 2026 Accord Hybrid here. I was taken care of by Baige in sales who nobly dealt with my various kinds of indecisiveness. And that of the village I brought along. Yes, there was your typical pointed sales tactics, but just what's pretty typical for the industry. I came prepared with my spreadsheet and comparisons and while I don't think I got out with a true deal, I'm satisfied and would be happy to go back. I mean, it's a Honda, so it'll be a while Lord willing, but the thought's there.

He and I connected quickly within the first 10 minutes he had a quote for the tires needed and advice on the best option. The next day I was greeted by Chris L., and I said this is GREAT Customer Service. He kept me updated about additional services I was getting; he handed me a free drink ticket, and the time went by so quickly. I worked on my laptop, and it was done. Chris even follow-up with a text to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Vandergriff Honda service center to everyone and ASK for Chris L.
