I bought a pre-owned vehicle from Grapevine Honda in January. When I took the car home I noticed an issue with the passenger seat. I called the sales associate and they offered to take a look at it in January. When I took the car home I noticed an issue with the passenger seat. After discovering that it was broken, the GM reached out to me directly and offered to cover the cost of the repair. There is always risk in buying pre-owned with no warranty and I am very pleased with the way that they responded and helped me out.
