We were able to walk out with a brand new, red 2011 Hyundai Elantra for the price we were hoping for in a little over an hour. Riley was courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgable. He made my wife and I feel at ease and walked us through all the steps and the pricing. We certainly left very happy! Kevin can be trusted to be honest and upfront and with NO PRESSURE. That is something that cannot be said for many other salespeople/dealerships. If there is any way a deal can be made, that will not compromise the customer's wishes/needs, he will do his letter best to make it happen. He is a valuable asset to the Grappone companies, and I hope to be able to buy many more cars from him and send him (and the company) many more referrals. Anne offered us an excellent price on a Hyundai Accent. I was skeptical since I very recently purchase one for $2,000 more. Anne stuck to her word. All in all we walked away with the same vehicle as I'd recently purchasd for $35 less per month which is a $2500 savings over the life of the loan. More

Anne, the Sales Manager, was also very easy to work with and kept her word regarding pricing even after we had some initial cold feet and waited several days to close the deal. Adam in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. We completed all paperwork and drove off in our new Elantra in 45 minutes. This is our 2nd purchase with the Grappone dealerships - my wife and I have nothing but the highest praise for them! More
