While I loved my previous vehicle (2007 BMW X5), the time had come to visit new options as the warranty expired and I wanted a peace of mind. I was overseas in the U.K. on a business trip when I found my new vehicle (2014 BMW X6) online and instantly fell in love. I was sent an auto-reply from the salesperson on duty at the time, Shane Sam. The reviews about Gravity Autos Atlanta were good but the details about my salesperson Shane were amazing. Time and time again, other car buyers talked about his attention to detail and his sincerity. He reached out to me via my online inquiry and followed up immediately. I was beginning to feel whelmed because it seemed like ever car dealer in Atlanta was reaching out to me. Even on Mother's Day, he confirmed we would meet the following day. I was silently anxious because while I was currently employed, I was previously laid off in 2013 and remained unemployed/underemployed until 2015. I knew my credit would be a challenge but Kash didn't think so. He worked diligently to get a fair appraisal value on my X5 and worked even harder for me to get approved for financing even when my blemished credit history was challenging. I can honestly say it was because of his excellent relationships with the banking institutions that made my deal work. I have no wonder that it would not have been approved anywhere else. I have purchased 3 cars before and never has my experience been so personable and sincere. Thank you Shane and Kash for making my transition seamless. Great car buying experience! I was looking for a car for my son so I looked at several BMWs and requested feedback from 6 dealerships. As soon as I pressed the send button Shane c I was looking for a car for my son so I looked at several BMWs and requested feedback from 6 dealerships. As soon as I pressed the send button Shane called me.,I was shocked. We talked about the car and I told him what I was looking for. The next morning he followed up with a call. I asked my son to call him to see if he was as impressed as I was. My son was amazed at how helpful, friendly and professional he was. We met with Shane and the fantastic customer experience continued. He was helpful, knowledgeable and made our experience well worth the almost 40 mile drive.
