While researching used Mustang prices I came across Gray-Daniels Ford on TrueCar. Their internet sales rep, Steven Graham reached out and let me know he would help me track down the vehicle I was looki Gray-Daniels Ford on TrueCar. Their internet sales rep, Steven Graham reached out and let me know he would help me track down the vehicle I was looking for. Steve sent a couple different options before I ever went to visit him at the dealership. Once I finally made it to the dealership Steve found a the right car for me at the right price and had it delivered from another dealer. The best part is Gray-Daniels was able to get me into a new car for a price I could afford. The worked with me for a couple of days to get the deal right and both Steve and Casey went out of their way to make themselves available around the demands of my busy schedule, not vise versa. After buying the car Steve sent me an e-mail saying, "I want to assure you that taking care of my customer's needs after the sale is completed is something I take very seriously. I believe it's the cornerstone to a great relationship with my clients. I will always go the extra mile if possible, and I'm never more than a phone call or email away to assist with anything you need. There's no expiration date on my commitment to give you the very best service." Based on my experience I believe him. I had no intention of buying a new car. I'm glad I went to see Steve @ Gray-Daniels Ford. More
