I arrived at 6:15 AM for a scheduled 7 AM appointment. The Nissan service department did not have the proper tools to release the spare tire from under my Nissan Armada. Service Advisors are a joke. I am not blaming any 1 person, because my experience has been bad every time. I absolutely cringe when I have to go to GD Nissan Brandon, for ANY TYPE I am not blaming any 1 person, because my experience has been bad every time. I absolutely cringe when I have to go to GD Nissan Brandon, for ANY TYPE OF PREPAID MAINTENANCE or covered service. My maintenance agreement and VSC cost me upwards of $5600 extra to purchase. I have went in 3 times for prepaid maintenance and they never do the full maintenance plan that we are supposed to be following. If I have a claim, they do not know what is and isn't covered. I know more from reading my manuals than they do about what I have already paid for.. It is truly exhausting. I bought this extra crap so that as a single woman I would not have to worried about having a reliable car. I was misinformed, when they say " Go with the dealership maintenance. They are trained to know your vehicle". I do not care what the advisors opinion is about whether it needs replacing. If my manual says it does, than I have already paid for it to be replaced. Just Do It! I am not doubting that the technicians are doing what they are told to do, but the advisors cut corners, even something as small as a filter. I am so disappointed. I bought a brand new Altima, and I am responsible for maintenance or my warranty is void. What a joke. I guess I am going to write down everything I need done every time I go in, so the advisors know that I am not going to be taken advantage of. I have even tried to tell them 2/3 of the times that something was supposed to be done, but they say I am mistaken. Seriously? I can read. Pretty good at it actually. It is very disheartening to know that people in your own community will take advantage of a woman....I believe that they do it to everybody, though. More
Thank You for Making A Difference In the Lives of Others Customer Service is so rare now days but when someone goes above and beyond and make your problems their problems, you have to say Thank You, because Customer Service is so rare now days but when someone goes above and beyond and make your problems their problems, you have to say Thank You, because people really don't care anymore. Service Person Brittney Speed and the Service Manager Jeff Katz took my problem and made it their problem, and for that alone they will have me as a customer for life. Being a single parent normally taken advantage of, especially regarding car repairs, it is hard to trust people. Surprisingly, Mr. Jeff called me numerous times, reassuring me, giving me feedback of what my extended warranty. Basically, Jeff and Brittney went above their work duties. I would definitely recommend the Grey Daniel Nissan Brandon, MS location for services and sales. Jeff and Brittney thanks again for taking care of me, because at the end of the day, this was my problem that you took care of. Grey Daniel Nissan puts customer service first. Thanks Pamela Thomas. Found a 2015 Nissan versa thru a car buying service with my bank. Had over 100k miles on it but I thought it would still be good knowing it was a Nissan. A week after getting the car, I had to go back to th my bank. Had over 100k miles on it but I thought it would still be good knowing it was a Nissan. A week after getting the car, I had to go back to the dealership to get them to send the paperwork to the dealership so I could start paying for it. Another week goes by and the transmission goes out, that's 3200 and the body control module is out, too and that's 600. Got the car for 7400. Ouch. They tried to pawn off a different piece of crap when I went back up there. I drove it and it had two service lights on it. What's more, I get a letter from my bank saying they haven't received a title or security interest filing. Tried to call the dealership and the operator was so rude. I wish I had never bought from this place. Lesson learned. More
If there was a way to rate this zero stars, I would. On September 19,2019 I came to the car lot looking to buy a new car. Unfortunately I didn’t know I would be severely disappointed. I traded my 2013 Alti September 19,2019 I came to the car lot looking to buy a new car. Unfortunately I didn’t know I would be severely disappointed. I traded my 2013 Altima in on a 2017 maxima, signed papers on it they allowed me to leave the lot, said congratulations on the purchase of my new vehicle. Almost exactly two months after I bought the car they called and texted my phone saying they needed the car back. When I asked why the car lot told me one story, and the finance company told me another. When I asked where my trade in was, they proceeded to tell me that they sold the car. So knowing that they messed up they put me in a Sentra to drive for the time being until they got everything “situated” well today I get a call saying I need to have that car back as well.. so now I’m left without a vehicle and they gave me nothing for my trade! I asked to speak with the manager several times, but none of them would ever return my call, or make time to talk to me. This is ILLEGAL.. I will go above and beyond to have this resolved!! More
General service manager very unprofessional I had not planned to go to buy a Nissan vehicle I just wanted to look and see what other used vehicles they had. There was a sales lady outside while I was looking at Vehicles no other customers were outside but this lady never once asked me if she could help me. Miss Jazmonique, another sales lady came outside to help me and when I tell you this lady is an angel. She is so polite and was so helpful and she made me feel comfortable she didn't pressure me it was all about what I wanted. I found the right vehicle for me we went inside and sat down to do paperwork and Mr. Pierre came over to introduce himself and he was such a gentleman and so polite and friendly. They got everything ready for me and when it was time for me to sign papers the general manager came and asked me to come to his office. Mind you in the beginning I told them I had someone who could Finance it for me and I gave them the financing rate. I was told that I could get a better financing rate by financing through Nissan. Now back to the general manager mr. Joe Nash. We went to his office and he was throwing papers left and right Sign Here sign there but as I started signing I was looking at paperwork and the amounts were looking off to me the interest rate was very high and I told him no I wasn't going to continue signing papers because my bank would Finance it for me cheaper which is what I told them in the beginning. This man. So mad. He marked an X across the paper got up and told me I can get my bank to finance it and walked out of the room and across the hall to mr. Pierre's office. Through the paper on the desk and you could hear can fussing and see his gesture. Is if I wasted his time and I made him so mad because I did not sign the papers. That was so unprofessional. He had the nerve to not only get upset because a scene because I did not financed through them. I left out the door so upset and another team member came out and asked me to please not leave. Then Miss jasmonique came and I explained to her what happened and she apologized. I told her I would go talk to my bank and I will come back because she was so helpful and Mr Pierre was so helpful but I would not talk to that Joe Nash man again. I went to my bank and they communicated with Nissan. I came back with a check in hand and got the perfect vehicle for me. This time I spoke with miss Nicole... another Angel. She took her time with me and she made me feel it was all about me. Mister Pierre, Miss jasmonique, and Miss Nicole I with highly recommend anyone looking for Nissan to go and speak with these three people. They will get you what you want it's all about you and they are very professional. If they send you to Joe Nash's office, get up and leave run as fast as you can because if it's not his way then you have a problem. More
