Customer service at the Gray-Daniels Toyota dealership in Brandon, MS has gone down tremendously. Every time I have gone for an oil change, the employees that handle the transaction is not friendly and not h Brandon, MS has gone down tremendously. Every time I have gone for an oil change, the employees that handle the transaction is not friendly and not helpful. The last time I went the lady got my car mixed up with another car and never updated the tracking of the service. It stayed in the “inspection” step for hours. I finally went over there to see what was taking so long and they said oh we called you an hour ago. I showed them the number they called me from in my phone and it had been 3 hours prior. That same number did not leave a voicemail either, the voicemail was them hanging up. So I figured it was spam. Nobody asked if I needed anything either. I sat in the customer waiting area for hours. Management needs to take this seriously. I’ve spent a lot of money here and even purchased several cars from this dealership. I expect better service than that! More
