I went to toyota gray Daniel's in Brandon ms a couple weeks ago with my mom and Mr. Justin Robert's was very polite and handful..He ask to help us with our stuff which he did, he pulled my mama car up fo weeks ago with my mom and Mr. Justin Robert's was very polite and handful..He ask to help us with our stuff which he did, he pulled my mama car up for her because it was park on the side after it was finish getting work on. He stayed in touch with my mama while she was waiting on her car to get done and he found another problem and let my mama know immediately... Me and my mother never experienced customer service like we did and it was the best ever.. if anyone ever goes to gray Daniel's toyota in Brandon just ask for justin roberts!!! More

He has been spot on addressing my concerns with the performance of my vehicles and the recommended services. He keeps his word and deliver on his promises. It is very comforting and reassuring to know that you can trust the service person and dealership to get it right. I am a disable veteran, care giver for my two adult nieces and I travel a lots.
