Easy, friendly, and went beyond just earning our business I started with talking to David Elrod over the phone about a used Hyundai Sonata I saw on their website. I told him I was interested and where I want I started with talking to David Elrod over the phone about a used Hyundai Sonata I saw on their website. I told him I was interested and where I wanted to be. He was happy to tell me what they could do for me without dragging me down to the dealership to pressure me. With all my information in hand, he put together a deal for me over the phone that was very fair. Once we got to the dealership, they were very helpful and friendly. We got to take a great test drive of the vehicle we were interested in, and as the deal was already prepared, there was no stress. By the end of our experience, the great sales team even managed to find better financing for us than we originally discussed. They also gave me a great trade in value on my 2002 Sonata as well. All in all, this was the best car buying experience I have had and we are planning to go back the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
