My last experience with Grayson was ridiculous with the service department. I brought my car in for a simple take the tire off of the wheel and at a later hour put it back on after wasting my entire day. T service department. The hand off to finance was seamless, where the team worked to get me a competitive rate and didn’t try to hassle me about unnecessary add-ons. Similar to Shane, Tom Pack in finance was highly responsive, respectful and informative. I wish there was a dealer like Grayson in metro Detroit; I would become a loyal customer. More
