Very satisfied with Trent Shull-my service rep. Overall the service has been very good. My only suggested service improvements are with their warranty repairs. I have had 2 repairs and each required multiple trips and labor hours to complete but ultimately required replacement parts- one for a sunroof retractor and the other for new brake rotors. Each could have been fixed quicker (and with less labor) by replacing the parts after the initial diagnosis. More
