I gave Grayson BMW a perfect rating because I have never had a more pleasant car buying experience. From the very beginning, she demonstrated her flexibility and willingness to help by adjusting her schedule to meet with me. It can be a little intimidating going into a luxury dealership for the first time looking for a new car, but Andrea made me feel welcomed from the moment she introduced herself. I let her know ahead of time which exact car I was interested in, and when I got there it was already pulled up for me. She gave a thorough, informative overview of all of the car's neat features and creature comforts before my test drive. During the week-long process, our primary method of contact was via email. She always replied promptly and never came off as annoyed or bothered when I would send multiple emails asking questions. On the day of purchase, not once did she ever come off as pushy nor did I feel like I was in a boiler room when we were discussing price, like I did at other competing dealerships. From initial inquiry to purchase, the deal went along at my pace and I was able to take my time to make an informed decision. I felt very welcomed into the BMW family by her and the finance manager and I look forward to more business with them in the future. I will definitely be referring my friends and family her way. After buying my car from her, I can see how she has earned her illustrious reputation. More
the worst car buying experience of my life! I was tricked then lied to into buying a car, after I bought the car nothing was done that was promised. Now I'm stuck with a $30,000 car that after over three tri then lied to into buying a car, after I bought the car nothing was done that was promised. Now I'm stuck with a $30,000 car that after over three trips to the garage still doesn't run properly! I do not recommend Grayson BMW of Knoxville, they will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract! I have file complaints with BMWs corporate office and called Grayson BMW numerous times and still have not got a reply. More

I recently purchased a pre-owned Land Rover LR4 from Grayson BMW that I found via Cars.com. The vehicle I was looking for was very specific (color, options) and it just so happened they had “the one” I Grayson BMW that I found via Cars.com. I worked with Andrea DeMarco from start to finish on this purchase. She was helpful throughout the process and was able to get all of the information needed on options, recent maintenance history, and condition, even though they are not a Land Rover dealer. Further, she helped coordinate a PPI from a 3rd party to inspect the vehicle for me. This was something I initiated as I wanted an independent party to look the car over since I would not be seeing it before purchase. The entire transaction was smooth and painless; she overnighted the paperwork to me with detailed instructions and had the contract executed the day she received my paperwork and check. Lastly, and most importantly, was the patience Andrea and Grayson BMW showed when the transporter I hired from UShip flaked out. I got the run-around for almost 10 days until I finally pulled the plug and found a better transporter. Low and behold, the car sat there for over two weeks before being picked up. They never complained or threatened to charge storage fees. Ultimately, the communication was excellent, the price was very fair, and the overall experience was top notch. More
This dealer also sales bad used cars, so be careful. When I say bad car, if the car last only about 6 months that is called bad car isn't? I bought KIA Rondo 2007 LX model from this slippery dealer in early 2012. After about 6 months later the AC did not work any more. I paid over ten thousand dollar for that car that last only six months. I am very regret for buying from this dealer. A dealer with good business ethic would not sale the car that last only 6 months in good condition. This dealer does not stand behind it sold product. I definitely do not recommend this - even to buy BMW. I do not even want to pass by this slippery dealer. More

Will told us spark plug change would be "about $150". I know by owning a BMW, everything costs more, but this is simply off the chart! More

Every step of the way, Andrea was on top of the "build your own" vehicle process from manufacture to delivery. When the "Track your vehicle" feature of the BMW USA website went down, Andrea kept us informed of the ship's progress across the Atlantic, the prep center's preparation and release of the vehicle to the car transporter for overland delivery to the dealer. The vehicle was prepared for inspection and acceptance and Andrea gave us a personal and detailed walk-through answering all our questions. We would recommend Andrea Demarco without reservation. More
Josh is very rude. Not responsive. Multiple issues with him. He acts like you should be grateful to have BMW service, not the other way around. He reflects poorly on the service dept. Working with Andrea DeMarco at Grayson BMW was a very pleasant experience. I made my first appointment with her mostly to see what options I might have for purchasing a BMW. She answered all of my questions as well as all of my concerns about buying a BMW. She followed up on that meeting with an email to thank me for coming in and to let me know I could contact her at any time with questions or concerns. I like that she contacted me by email as I had requested. She listened to me and worked diligently to find me the car I wanted within my parameters. She worked to get the financing I was comfortable with as well. As a woman, buying a car can be an intimidating experience. I felt very comfortable working with Andrea, and still do. Since I purchased my BMW, Andrea has stayed in touch, ready to answer any questions or concerns I have. When I expressed concern about some of the features on my car, she asked me to meet with her at Grayson. She took the time to go over every feature on my car and show me what it does and how it works. I have never had any salesperson do that when I bought a new car. Andrea followed up with me to let me know she is there for any questions I might have or for any information I might need. As Andrea said to me: I want you to love your BMW!
