This is by far the most unethical and morally corrupt dealership we have ever tried to do business with. We made a deal on a car and put down a deposit over MemorialDay Weekend. We had agreed that we would reach out to our bank when they opened on Tuesday following the holiday. When we had made our financial arrangements we attempted to reach the sales people we had been dealing with but they would not take our call. The following day we tried again only to find out the car had been sold to someone else. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and tell us what happened. I’ve been in sales for 27 years and I’ve always stood behind my word. These people see a better option and they leave you in their dust…without the courage to even pick up the phone to call and explain. We would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone unless you can walk JJ with pockets full of cash and make a deal on the spot. GRAYSON BMW SHOWS NO LOYALTY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!! More
