The price was good, and the sales lady was very nice but don't expect the dealership to make sure everything on the car is in proper and working order. The a/c wouldn't get cold and I asked them if they cou don't expect the dealership to make sure everything on the car is in proper and working order. The a/c wouldn't get cold and I asked them if they could diagnose what the problem was and she said no, the mechanics only want to work on the BMW vehicles so I asked if on the test drive could I get refrigerant to see if that was the only problem. So I did that which cost me $82 but at least I knew that They was all the a/c needed. They didn't offer to deduct that off of the price but it wasn't a deal breaker. Driving it home from the dealership I noticed that braking from higher speed that the brake pads and rotors are going to have to be replaced asap which they didn't mention either. It started raining half way home and at 75 mph I turned the windshield wipers on. On the third swipe the driver side wiper goes flying off and cracks the windshield. Luckily I found an auto parts store off the interstate to get a new wiper. I understand that when I drove it off the lot it is my responsibility for everything but it would have been nice to know these things before I bought it so I am saying all this to say don't expect them to inspect or find any problems with it before you buy it. I don't regret buying it but I always thought a BMW dealership would do a better job making sure things like those would already be taken care of. More
