Treated me with no respect on first visit as I showed up in my work clothes. They told me repairs were not related to recall without even inspecting car. Second visit they again told me repairs not recall r in my work clothes. They told me repairs were not related to recall without even inspecting car. Second visit they again told me repairs not recall related and sent me packing. Told me to take it to another shop and have them fix it. I did take it to another shop and they verified it was recall issued. I ended up having to file complaint with NHTSA. to get BMW to provide parts. Four months later Grayson finally fixed the car, all covered by recall. They never returned a single phone call. I had to drive to dealership to get any information. Two weeks after repairs I discovered they failed to plug back in the water temp sensor. More

If i could give 0 stars I would! I bought a used Audi from Greyson BMW on July 31, 2024. On August 1, 2024 I was driving it and the check engine light came on. I immediately stopped I bought a used Audi from Greyson BMW on July 31, 2024. On August 1, 2024 I was driving it and the check engine light came on. I immediately stopped driving it and had it towed to Audi Knoxville who diagnosed the check engine light and I find out it needs about $5K worth of work. The car has an oil leak, a coolant leak, bad oil cooler and a bad water pump among other things. I was told by my salesman that they did a 120 point inspection on every used car before putting it up for sale. Later come to find out that is not true and ALL they do for used cars is an oil change. Not only am I out the money I just spent on this car, but now they are leaving me to fend to come up with another $5K to FIX this car I just bought and have not been able to drive since day 2!! There response to all of this has been sorry about your luck we cant do anything to help!! SO DISGUSTED! Not the experience I expected from a BMW store!! More
