Kevin(salesman), was GREAT to work with but the rest of the experience sales manager and finance were like typical dealership practices. Unlike their Subaru, dealership(same owner)car sales process here we the experience sales manager and finance were like typical dealership practices. Unlike their Subaru, dealership(same owner)car sales process here were unprofessional compared to our previous 2 BMW of all places on the left coast. We did short term lease while we're waiting for the rollout of the new model. Hopefully when we head back then now have a new management team. If not, we'll head to another dealer. More
