I feel like such a jerk cause of course now I cannot recall his name, but the young man who handles the loaners? Fantastic. Knowledgeable, eager to have a conversation or sit in silence on a ride, whichever you prefer. He's efficient and safe on the road when shuttling me home from a longer service appointment, or can make moving mountains to get a loaner look like it takes no sweat at all despite the constant return and lend of cars.
