Small things first. The finance guy didn't provide me an updated copy of the financing agreement after I joined out some errors in the rate and other pertinent details. I was also given a temporary registration for a completely different vehicle/VIN. Both are being remedied after I called today. My big issue was the sales guy, who was arrogant, deceitful, and who did such a poor job that I ended up closing the deal with Mr. Clint Humphrey the sales manager. HE was excellent and I would work with him again. More
