While the initial purchase went well, I ran into some follow-up issues with promised items that dragged on for months with the sales team. What should have been straightforward became an ongoing situation with missed deadlines, failed promises, and communication gaps. Everything changed when I mentioned this to a service team member Justin Pickell during my routine maintenance. The difference was night and day. Justin handled everything with complete professionalism, gave me realistic timelines, and delivered exactly what he promised within three days. No excuses, no delays - just solid, reliable service. The contrast really stood out to me. Justin and his service department operate with the kind of efficiency and integrity I would expect from BMW. Justin, in particular, was transparent, followed through on his commitment and clearly prioritized customer satisfaction. I’d definitely recommend Justin Pickell and his service team (I have also worked with Matthew Schroller and Dylan Harris in the past, both of whom are great), especially for anyone who values reliable service after the sale.
