Grayson BMW- “A Name You Can Trust” Unfortunately, that is not the buying experience we had here. We drove from Chattanooga 3 times to test drive/look at our 2019, BMW X7. Our first test drive we heard so is not the buying experience we had here. We drove from Chattanooga 3 times to test drive/look at our 2019, BMW X7. Our first test drive we heard sounds coming from the front end. Our salesman said the SUV still needs to go through the reconditioning process. He said everything will be just fine. Less than 24 hours in our possession and the same sounds are still present. We immediately contacted Grayson to let them know we have an appointment at a local BMW dealership to get it looked at. It’s been in the shop going on 2 weeks. Needing multiple repairs. - Visible leaking hydraulic fluid. (Replace tension struts) & (lower control arm) -Broken driver puddle light -Broken climate vent - 2nd Key non-functioning (missing buttons) Uneven front tire wear on original tires. (replaced to prevent future damage) -$1,394.92 out of our pocket. The positive- they addressed cosmetic issues with the paint and rims. We do understand that this is a used vehicle, but it’s rather disappointing that this vehicle was released to us with multiple repairs needed. More
