I got a good deal on a GREAT vehicle. Maria was easy to work with from another state. She stayed in constant contact with me. Total disrespect for our time. Brought our car in for just an oil change. Appointment was for 10 AM. James greeted us and said it would take about 45-minutes. We decided to leave the car with them and go just an oil change. Appointment was for 10 AM. James greeted us and said it would take about 45-minutes. We decided to leave the car with them and go for breakfast. Since we were leaving the car, James told us to fill out a service sheet and that Chris would call us if there were any questions. We left and returned at just before noon. The car was sitting in a different spot in the service writer area with the driver's door open. We went to Chris, introduced ourselves and said we were there to pick up the car. Chris said the car was just going in then for the oil change. I expressed my surprise and displeasure. Keep in mind this was 2-hours later. I asked to see the general manager and when I found Frank I presented the situation to him.  He went to see Chris to get an explanation.  When Frank can back he said they were 2-techs short and that he was sorry about that.  When the car was finally completed I asked Chris to provide an explanation.  According to Chris it basically boiled down to poor communication between him and James.  We finally left Grayson at just before 1 PM. More
