Kelly Coffman, the General Manager, took the time to answer all of my questions, and she was always friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I visited the dealership, I saw her actively involved and available to assist customers. The professionalism and dedication of both the General Manager and the sales team made the entire car-buying process comfortable and stress-free. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and it's one of the main reasons I continue to return for my vehicle purchases. I appreciate the exceptional service and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. More

While I have been servicing our Honda's here for several years, they now use AI to communicate thus I lacked of ability to ask questions, even by calling listed number. I wish I could rate this dealership 10 stars! I went in because I got a letter from Kelly Coffman, the GM, to trade in my current vehicle for an upgrade. It was such a great deal that I came in to ask about it. Kelly took her time to answer all of my questions! She was even able to find some loyalty cash from Honda to help me further. My salesman, Pete Tobias is amazingly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand all of the bells and whistles on your new car! This is the 7th Honda that I have bought from Pete and he continues to make me feel valued every time I walk into the dealership. Getting my brand new CRV Hybrid was a no brainer, it's beautiful and the deal was incredible!! Recently, I sent a friend in to see Kelly because his son was in the market for a car. He couldn't stop telling me what a positive and low pressure experience it was! I will continue to go to Great Lakes Honda West and send my friends there! You will always be treated like family!!!! If I could give this business zero stars out of five I would. I bought a used Acura Integra from this dealership earlier this year. Upon getting the car home there was all sorts of cosmetic damage on the would. I bought a used Acura Integra from this dealership earlier this year. Upon getting the car home there was all sorts of cosmetic damage on the car that I did not notice when I went to originally look at it. During the sale process I questioned the damages reported to the Carfax report and was told by my saleperson these were all fixed by the dealership. This was clearly not the case. I had 2 other local dealerships look at the car and there was covers and other missing items under the hood that I did not notice before purchase as well. On top of all this I was informed by my local dealership that great lakes had sold the car to me without an original OEM key fob. They sold it to me with an aftermarket fob that did not have all the functions of the OEM fob. I was coming from driving a much older vehicle and this was the first time for myself using a key fob. I did not know to even check for this. I have tried numerous times to make contact with management at this dealership but no one from their management team has bothered to return any of my emails or phone calls. Absolutely despicable customer service and the fact they sold a used vehicle without a real key for the vehicle and without disclosing that information to me is absolutely atrocious. I would warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership to absolutely stay away and take your business somewhere else. There are plenty of other dealerships out there. I would not trust the Great Lakes West dealership to tighten any bolt on my vehicle. More
I had a mixed experience at this dealership. My salesperson Elie was absolutely wonderful, he was professional, attentive, and the reason I purchased the car. However, my experience in the finance office gave me pause. I had a signed out-the-door price from the manager, which I photographed. When I got to the finance office the purchase agreement presented was approximately $3,500 higher than the agreed price. When I pointed this out and showed my documentation, new paperwork was created and the correct price was honored, which I appreciated. During the finance process, GAP coverage and a warranty were presented in a way that implied they were being offered by the bank at no cost to me. When I questioned the higher price, I was informed I would need to pay for these products separately. After declining several times I was advised to look up whether I needed them on a ChatGPT. Management was receptive to my feedback and responded professionally. Just make sure you have your out-the-door price in writing and review all documents carefully before signing. Overall, ask for Eli, and know your numbers going in. More

I arrive early for my appointment to find they had sold the car I had just drove 45 minutes to come see! It's a free for all at this place so beware of them wasting your time! More
I attempted to purchase a car from this dealership on August 12th, 2025, and it turned into the most frustrating, unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any business — let alone a car dealer. The car had a small scratch when I first saw it, and I was assured by the sales staff that their “paint guy” would fix it before delivery. I was told he only comes in on Fridays, so I agreed to wait until the end of the week. That turned into an absolute mess. On Friday, I called (because no one bothered to reach out to me), and I was told he was late. A few hours later, I called again and was told the car was being worked on and would be delivered first thing Saturday morning. Saturday came — no car, no update, no communication. I called again and got yet another excuse. Now the car would be ready Monday. Monday came and went, still nothing. Finally, on Tuesday, I got a call — from Andrew (the ONLY helpful person there) — asking if the car needed to be delivered. It was beyond clear that no one at this dealership talks to each other or has a clue what’s going on. When the car was finally delivered, not only was the scratch still there — it looked worse. I sent photos to Andrew, and he agreed it wasn’t fixed properly and took the car back. If it weren’t for him, I’m convinced I’d still be waiting for someone to acknowledge there was even an issue. And just to add insult to injury, the rental car they gave me during all of this REEKED of cigarettes, had broken pieces inside, and stains everywhere. That’s the level of care they put into everything. At that point, I had enough. I chose to back out of the deal completely and asked for my down payment and trade back. I’ve now spoken with FOUR different people — Nathan, Patrick, Sullivan, and Aramis — and not one of them followed through or kept me informed. I had to chase every single update, and every person had a different story. Total chaos. This entire ordeal dragged on for three weeks. Not one apology. No accountability. Just excuse after excuse and zero professionalism. Oh — and to top it all off, they quoted me 8.65% interest through their preferred lender. I ended up buying a better car from Bobby Rahal Honda in Mechanicsburg, who got me 5.99% without any hassle. Somehow they had no issue finding me a lower rate, which makes me wonder if this dealership was padding their profit through shady lender deals. Bottom line: this dealership is a joke. Disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you value your time, money, and sanity — stay far, far away. More
