I had a great experience with this dealership. On my first visit I just wanted to scope out the Insight, and Cam was great with setting up a test drive and not pushing at all for a purchase. When I came first visit I just wanted to scope out the Insight, and Cam was great with setting up a test drive and not pushing at all for a purchase. When I came back to buy (much sooner than I’d anticipated, after exploring and ruling out some other options), Cam was again extremely friendly, no-nonsense, and efficient. I was really dreading this process and it genuinely couldn’t have been more pleasant. The GM (I think) even helped out with running my credit card when the finance department got a bit backed up. This was my first new car purchase experience, I was super nervous going into it, and I couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. (P.S. The Insight is a great car that deserves more attention!)
