Yesterday was my first visit for Service. I was there for my 10:00 appointment. I got in at 11:00. I told the person at the Service Desk that what I was there for had been paid for. He disagreed, then for my 10:00 appointment. I got in at 11:00. I told the person at the Service Desk that what I was there for had been paid for. He disagreed, then checked the records, then with some prompting, apologized. The technicians Morgan (and Dave) were FABULOUS and I really appreciate their work! I left and tried to get gas in Kent. I was unable to open the gas door! I drove back to GLH to find that the technicians were on their lunch break - totally understandable. Waited some more, and the cable was rethreaded at no cost to me. Didn't expect that to happen at 1600 miles. I spoke with the same Service person to offer a different response to the one I received, in hopes of helping him become a more compassionate Service provider. I hope my next visit will be better! More
