After arriving and checking in at the front desk, I was quickly greeted by my sales representative, Kevin. After some brief chit chat and a test drive, we adjourned to his desk to get down to business. Aft quickly greeted by my sales representative, Kevin. Overall, pretty painless. Kevin listened to what I had to say and where I wanted to be financially. He never refused to take any offer I made to management. As we passed the time filling out paperwork, we talked about our families and various other topics. Nice guy. On the negative side, it would be nice if you could just opt out of all the upselling from the Finance Manager, and just complete the pile of paperwork he has for you. It’s a PITA and a colossal waste of time. You could easily cut your stay by 30-45 minutes. More
