It's a no brainer. What else is there too say. It's been sometime now that I have been going to Great Lakes Honda. But it's nice to see that some things just never chang What else is there too say. It's been sometime now that I have been going to Great Lakes Honda. But it's nice to see that some things just never change. And that is the friendly service and great people that work there. Justin in service is always there to ask how things are going and address my concerns whenever I go in . You can go to other places and you can see how people come and go, but here, well it's like seeing old friends and it's comfortable and your GLAD to go in and have work done. Why? Because it is done right and everyone is on it. Lets hope that this core of great people at Great Lakes Honda stays here for a long long time. More

Amazing Experience My wife and I recently went to this dealership to entertain the idea of getting out of a Chevy lease early and potentially going into a new or used Ho My wife and I recently went to this dealership to entertain the idea of getting out of a Chevy lease early and potentially going into a new or used Honda instead. It was certainly not the easiest of transactions for a salesman to work with, as we were just over halfway through our lease. We were promptly greeted at the door by our salesperson, Toriano Watkins, who immediately made us feel welcome at their dealership. We were treated with respect by Toriano and the rest of the staff, including Bob Szalay, the General Sales Manager. We have bought our previous three vehicles from a Chevy dealer out in Youngstown, so my wife and I were both a little nervous about going somewhere new. After asking a few simple questions to gauge where our interests lay in the new vehicle, Toriano allowed us to test drive a 2016 Honda Civic. We both immediately fell in love with the car. I will be honest and say that my wife and I certainly do not have perfect credit scores, but the people at Great Lakes Honda went the extra mile to ensure we could get an approval at a rate which fit into our budget. I can only see myself purchasing from this dealership for the foreseeable future. I know that car sales can be a stressful and pressured experience, but I felt very at ease during my interaction at this dealership. We were spoken to like normal people, not numbers in a daily sales log. All of my friends and family will be referred here, no questions asked. Thank you Toriano, thank you Bob, and thank you Great Lakes Honda! More
