Low tire warning I had a nail in my tire, and was unable to find my locking lug nut tool. I went into Greeley Nissan and they removed my locking lug nuts and replace I had a nail in my tire, and was unable to find my locking lug nut tool. I went into Greeley Nissan and they removed my locking lug nuts and replace them for me along with repairing my tire at no charge. They were very professional and friendly. I dealt with Adam in service department and its these type of experiences that will keep me coming back to Greeley Nissan For future maintenance and repairs as well as new vehicles when the time comes. One of the worst car buying experiences Very disappointed in the experience with this dealership. The initial contact with Andrew was good, after that dealing with Troy was unpleasant. Communications were ignored and Troy could be combative. Dealer was supposed to put 4 new tires on vehicle purchased which they did, but they are a smaller size than what should be on the vehicle per specs on door panel. This throws off the speedometer and probably voids the warranty we purchased. Contacted Troy and Andrew about this and were just ignored. Not looking forward to having to deal with this dealership for oil changes or warranty work. Will probably seek out another dealership if possible for this. More
