I feel that many dealerships tend to take advantage of a single woman in the process of buying a vehicle. I'm sure Tom must have wondered what I was so angry about, but he proceeded to treat me with respect and was never condescending. I bought a vehicle from him that very day. Since then, with every vehicle I've purchased I spent a lot of time shopping various dealerships online but in the end, always came back to Green Buick GMC, mostly because of the working relationship Tom and I have developed. I trust him, and whenever I've had an issue of any kind I've been able to take it to him. He would then do everything in his power to assist in resolving it. And to top it off, his sense of humor is terrific and makes buying a car fun. I would strongly recommend him as a salesperson. In addition, I would like to put in a word about the Service Department. Excellent! In particular, Henry has always been extremely helpful and professional. When I foolishly had purchased an "after market warranty," Henry went to all lengths to communicate with that company in order to make the warranty work.
