Went to get oil changed. Online had a coupon but they told me it was supposed to be removed from their website. Did not honor it. Never heard from them so I tried calling service manager and left message thru phone operator. Never called me back. Went to dealers about 2 hours in and car was ready. Service manger was still not around and they did NOT run my car they their car wash as I asked. It was warm that day too. Never did get a call from service manager. Part of the message I left said I wanted to talk to him about the coupon issue. As of today Jan 4 2023, the coupon for 35.95 oil change is still on their website. More
