We were made to feel welcome and comfortable. We were offered coffee and the use of restrooms. Doug took us to the service department, explained how it works when you bring a car in for service and we were given tickets for their car wash. He offered to set up our oil changes. He took his time going over the features of our Sonata and told me I was welcome to call or come in anytime with questions. We are very happy we decided to go there! More
