Extremely unprofessional The service was horrible. It's was definitely one of the most unprofessional deals I have ever been in. Jeff Appleman was the rudest one out of them a The service was horrible. It's was definitely one of the most unprofessional deals I have ever been in. Jeff Appleman was the rudest one out of them all. After finding a car that I would be okay with I told them I would be back the next day with my mentor(who is a pastor) to look over things before I make the final purchase. When asked why I wanted to wait I told them because I wanted an outside eye looking over the deal because I was not fully educated on everything. Jeff looked at my like I was stupid & said a rude unnecessary comment about how my pastor passes around a collection plate for money. After that I was pretty set on not getting a car from there. But due to family that worked at the dealership I returned. My car was advertised to have the blue link in it & I was told I'll be shown how to use it before I left the lot but after I bought the car I was told my car did not have the capability. When I called Jeff about it the next morning he told me I was lying. &if I wanted help with my problem I would have to stay in town longer (which was an issue because I was on leave from the Air Force) which he did not seem to care about & he didn't bother to help me until I came in to return the car & demanding my trade in back. EXTREMELY Unprofessional & I would not recommend it!!!! More
