I couldn't believe it. Awesome! It was saturday august 15th when I went down there with the doubt of even getting financed in the first place. I was looking at a couple of newer vehi It was saturday august 15th when I went down there with the doubt of even getting financed in the first place. I was looking at a couple of newer vehicles. The truck that I originally went to look at had been sold several days prior, but was on the website the night before. So i had another car i was looking at. They pulled it up, we went for a test drive. Patrick did a great job of explaining everything to me and helped link everything when purchase was complete. When we got back paula let me know i was financed and we finished paperwork. I just didn't understand y the price higher than some competitors. I didn't have a chance to negotiate. Overall my experience was great and I'm happy I was able to get my new car. More

Our experience with the financial manager, on the other hand, was less than pleasant. Besides trying to push additional products onto us (which in all fairness is to be expected), he submitted paperwork to the state of Illinois with incorrect purchaser information listed, so my car is no longer MY car, and instead of offering to correct the error, even if it would cost the dealership, he blamed the salesman, even though I sat in his office and clearly made it known that it was MY car and that I was in charge of all decisions on its purchase. Not to mention the problems he gave us because we wanted to use the lending institution we have been banking at for 40 years, which required us to go offsite, instead of using one of the dealership partners. I would recommend Patrick Sharp as a salesman to any one looking for a vehicle. If, however, I were forced to deal with Rick Eckstein again, I might consider going to another dealership. More
