Mercury Sable Service Dept at Green Lincoln is great. BUT, I do not like getting repeated phone calls or emails regarding the service each time I bring a vehicle Service Dept at Green Lincoln is great. BUT, I do not like getting repeated phone calls or emails regarding the service each time I bring a vehicle in for service. Green Lincoln services 4 autos for us and it is tedious and time consuming to have to "rate" each visit. I know you need the information but do not like the repeated attempts in calls and emails. Overall same as any dealership Overall my experience was OK. There was a couple of things wrong withe the car but they're getting them straighten now. So long as the finance guy didn't lie about being able to refinance in three months. Car's been in shop for almost a week now. If the problems were that bad why didn't they fix it while it was on the lot. More
