Very disappointing experience with the Josh Oldham, service adviser at Green Ford. Communication was non existent, updates didn't happen, and I was lied to about the diagnosis claim being filed with my service adviser at Green Ford. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in FORD CSP, much less the service you are supposed to receive with a continued service plan. More

I brought my company vehicle in on June 1st for an A/C repair after scheduling the drop-off on May 29th. We were quoted roughly 2 days for the repair. A week and a half later, one of my team members stopp repair after scheduling the drop-off on May 29th. We were quoted roughly 2 days for the repair. A week and a half later, one of my team members stopped by for a status update and was told the vehicle had not been worked on yet. Not once during that time did anyone from Green Ford contact us with an update. During this time, my company has been paying out of pocket for a rental vehicle every day since drop-off. That would be enough for a one-star review on its own. But there's more. Following our drop-off, a service adviser contacted a mutual customer of mine and theirs using information pulled from Green Ford's customer database. This person had no involvement in our repair, the only connection was that he's also a Green Ford customer. She called him to make a personal complaint about me. That is no way to use any customers information. I filed a formal complaint with Green Ford's customer relations department and was told the matter would be reviewed. I have received no follow-up regarding this issue. I've done business here before and received little to no communication, picked up the vehicle and they completed unapproved work and waited over an hour for them to locate my keys. I've never complained about these things and tried to give them grace but what I got with that grace was a vehicle that sat untouched for nearly a month, zero communication, unnecessary rental costs, and a privacy concern serious enough to require a formal complaint and once again its been crickets from anyone at Green Ford. I dropped my F250 off at 7:30 am and after the regular scheduled service I was out the door by 9:00 am. My service advisor was very attentive and the mechanic appeared to have completed the oil change and scheduled service I was out the door by 9:00 am. It appears to be an organized and professional dealership which I will continue to patronize in the future. More
