I would genuinely like for someone to address what happened, but I've already made multiple attempts to resolve this directly. I came to the dealership and asked to speak with leadership, left messages, responded to the comment your dealership left on my Google review, and even called the number provided in that response and left another message. None of those attempts resulted in anyone following up with me. Now I'm seeing another comment asking me to reach out, but based on my experience I don't expect to hear anything further. At this point, it feels like the dealership responds publicly to negative reviews so it appears responsive to potential customers, but has no real intention of following through or resolving the issue.
