While my service rep was courteous, I was shocked at the lack of accommodations for covid 19 safety. Nobody inside this establishment was wearing a mask, no effort was taken to keep customers at a safe dist lack of accommodations for covid 19 safety. There was a weird barricade around the cashier, but other than that, I did not observe any attempt to protect staff or customers. I brought a used 2015 GMC Sierra on Memorial Day May 25th by June 5th the transmission went out while driving. It could’ve cause an, incident very unsafe. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I reached out to Wiley Bass the salesperson for Green Ford and I’m still waiting on a response. Update I finally got in touch with Wiley Bass. His response was sorry but I can’t do anything about it and your stuck with the $4500 bill. I’ll never give them my business again and I advise everyone to do the same. More
