terrible place to buy a car Called the dealership and spoke to a Mr. McDonald about the car i was looking for. I plainly stated to him that i was looking for a 2017 Lightning blue mustang. He stated that they had one. I explained to Mr. McDonald that i was working and that i had limited time to spend on the lot. I told him what i was looking for in the car, which was the color, backup camera,security system, GPS and xm radio. Mr. McDonald assured me that the car had everything i was looking for. I then told him that i had a 2016 Nissan Rogue that i would be trading in on the Mustang. He then asked that i bring it by for a quick appraisal.I then took my vehicle by the dealership to have them look at it. I walked within 40 yards of the Mustang and told Mr. McDonald that it was the color that i wanted. I asked him again about the options on the car and he told me that it had the premium package which included what i was wanting. Later that evening i went to the dealership to sign the papers and informed the salesman (McDonald) that i was on limited time. All the paperwork was completed and i put items from my Rogue into the Mustang.While i was waiting to have my tag put on the car i got into the Mustang and realized it was just a basic model and did not have half the things that i had asked for. I spoke with the salesman and he was very rude and vulgar and said if i didn't want the car leave it sitting there. I was in a hurry to get to my other job, so i left. The next day i called the dealership and spoke with the sales manager and finance manager and they said they would call me back. I never heard from them and called numerous times and left messages for someone to call me back. That same day (Monday) the salesman went to my wife's place of employment to have here sign trade papers for the Rogue and my wife said he was very rude and nasty to her as well.I tried calling the manager several times for a solid week and he never would return my call(Mr. Collins). I finally talked to someone after i did my survey and he was very rude and tried to imply that i got the Mustang that i wanted. RECAPP. SALESMAN SAID THE CAR HAD GPS.... IT DOESN'T. SALESMAN SAID CAR HAD XM RADIO.... IT DOESN'T SALESMAN SAID IT COMES WITH FREE OIL CHANGES AND CAR WASHES.... IT DOESN'T SALESMAN SAID IT HAS ENTRY LIGHTS ON MIRRORS..... IT DOESN'T SALESMAN SAID IT HAS THE PREMIUM SOUND SYSTEM..... IT DOESN'T I'VE CALLED A TOTAL OF 19 TIMES AND ISSUE HAS NOT BE RESOLVED OR EVEN DISCUSSED THANK YOU RICHARD WEATHERS. More

Run away, don't walk! Service Department In March of 2013 I purchased a new, fully loaded F-150 from Green Ford. Throughout the 3 years I have owned the truck I have had c Service Department In March of 2013 I purchased a new, fully loaded F-150 from Green Ford. Throughout the 3 years I have owned the truck I have had constant problems, fuel throttle body, spare tire was the wrong size, sunroof switch broke, backup camera broke four times, driver window fell down into door, sync system has never worked properly, four wheel drive actuator had to be replaced, and the most recent was a constant drain on the battery that would kill it after several hours. After 7 days of it being in the shop they finally found the problem. A connecter had been taped causing moisture to remain and ultimately the connector burned up. The service person I dealt with stated that the connector should not have been taped, well, either Green Ford taped it or Ford taped it at the factory. They would absolutely not take responsibility for the problem and quoted $1150 for the repair. They stated that their technicians knew better than to put tape on a connector. I doubt this to be true because on a prior visit they didn’t know not to leave my truck in the rain all day with two windows rolled down! Sales department After having so many problems with my 2013 lemon, I decided it was time to trade it in for a new 2016 F-150. I spoke with Chuck, the sales manager and he said they would do whatever it took to keep me in a Ford. After deciding on a truck, we went back and forth a few times and finally agreed on a price and trade in for my lemon. The price included Green Ford taking responsibility for any needed repairs. (this was before they were able to diagnose the problem with the electrical). After getting the repair price to fix the electrical I called Chuck and told him to get my new truck ready and all needed paperwork. I get to the dealership about an hour later only to find that Chuck had raised the price on the new truck by $2,000 willing to pay for the repairs on the lemon. At this point I was done with Green Ford, I paid the $285 diagnosis fee and drove away in my Lemon. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this dealership for sales or service. They are simply not honest or ethical people. More

I went to Green Ford and the service adviser said no parts are available until Nov/Dec and to call them at the end of the year ( this is July ). Stopped by two other Ford dealerships and was told parts are available NOW for immediate installation. Green Ford was not interested in the safety recall because there is no profit in it, so they blew me off. More
Unless you want a piece of junk - RUN I don't have enough time to tell you all of the reasons why you should NEVER purchase or get service from this dealership. Worst experience of my life. Would not give me a price, had to play a4hour game of how much can you spend a month. The next day saw the car that I bought on autotrader for 2 grand cheaper than what I got it for. They told me the car went through a multi point inspection, month after I got it the brakes were shot. When I was getting it fixed the mechanic said it had one directional tires that it should not have,being an all wheel drive car, because they can not be rotated properly. Also realized there was no spare tire ,jack or anything. Now the remote is not working properly. Car keeps saying no key detected. Went on line for help, it said to use back up key. Big problem, only got 1 key when I bought it. Went to green ford and was told it was an as is purchase and they could not help me. I have bought 2 new fords, 2used fords, and 2 from private sellers. Have always driven fords, probably always will, but will never do business with green ford ever again. You shouldn't either. Ford Motor Company should close this dealership. More
Con artists Used Green Fords Fast Lane for 5000 mile service,on a 2014 Mustang.Was advised by service writer that my ESP service warranty would be canceled if I d Used Green Fords Fast Lane for 5000 mile service,on a 2014 Mustang.Was advised by service writer that my ESP service warranty would be canceled if I did not have my tires balanced and rotated.Unit has after market tires and wheels.These are serviced by another vendor.Called Ford Motor Co Customer Service and was advised this was not true.Four units have been purchased from Green Ford.These are the LAST!The service dept.has always been very uncomfortable to trust.Bobby Green needs to sell the dealership to Crossroads Auto Group.Do us all a favour in Greensboro. It was my first time purchasing an automobile and I learned a lot; specifically what to look for because you will be taken advantage of. The sales person was obviously more concerned about making the sale than to make sure the client was making an educated purchase. They have no integrity on the sales floor. After purchasing my car the service department was no better. They tried to tell my that the passenger window sliding out of its track was normal. The service tech was extremely rude to me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I returned few times after due to my warranty and most times the experience was the same. DO NOT GO HERE! GO TO CRESCENT FORD IN HIGH POINT! More
Terrible experience I took my vehicle there to get warranty work done on a flat tire. The service there is terrible. 6.5 hours to get a tire replaced. Warranty was denied at first. They were going to send me home on my spare, told me I had to do the appeal myself. I never left the dealership, and called warranty company. I had to take pictures of the tire(which I later found out that the dealer was responsible for this). I only got results after calling Ford customer line and complaining. They still acted like they did nothing wrong. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these guys to work on ANYTHING of mine again. I will drive two hours to get my vehicles worked on before wasting my time there. Took Freestar in for transmission recall work. Also had oil pan regasketed and new battery put in. Got car back and saw oil pan gasket leaking, also - several hangers not put back in place from transmissi oil pan regasketed and new battery put in. Got car back and saw oil pan gasket leaking, also - several hangers not put back in place from transmission work - couple hoses and lines hanging free under frame of car - hangers and screws were missing. Had to take vehicle back to get all fixed. Very frustrating. The battery install went well, though. More
