Tyler Faulkner did an excellent job of helping my husband and I purchase our new Toyota Camry. He was very efficient in expediting the process and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, which made me m and I purchase our new Toyota Camry. Tyler was very friendly and helpful when we had questions on the warranty and payment options. His no pressure approach made me very confident that we were getting the best deal for our money. Charged me for the inspection even though had 39. 95 oil change coupon that included inspection. I got a 39.95 oil change and a 120.00 alignment snc somehow my bill was 230. Overall good service over the years but a quick oil & filter job should not be a 2 hours experience. Also misleading coupon: $18.95 job ends up being $30.00 after hidden shop fees are added.
