Lots of Service Available I am not sure how Green's handles the volume of customers. I had a scheduled appt and my paperwork was completed and I was in the waiting area about I am not sure how Green's handles the volume of customers. I had a scheduled appt and my paperwork was completed and I was in the waiting area about 5 minutes after the schedules appt. One hour later my SUV was returned with a fresh oil change, tires rotated and new wiper blades. I have never been disappointed with the service dept of Green's. More
2014 Avalon 30,000 mile maintenance Service was great and didn’t take too long. My service advisor Patrick went out of his way to accommodate me. Quick, efficient and very helpful with getting sercice completed. Was getting 30k mile work done and had extended warranty that covered all of this and was not aware, rep went over everything and was able completed. The service was performed quickly and checkout was a breeze; My only complaint is that a part (small compartment next to drivers side left knee) I rarely use needs replaced due to possible over usage, but I do believe it was 'deformed' when I purchased the vehicle. $175 is a ridiculous price to pay for a 'cover' or a 'button' to keep it shut/closed after opening. I feel it should be covered under warranty as there is no wear and tear on it; The only wear and tear has been on my KNEES when entering or exiting the vehicle when the cover has remained open. A terrible inconvenience so I'll just not use that compartment anymore as it only held money to give out to homeless folks on street corners. No big deal. More
