I was afraid I would get taken advantage of, but the salesman and the financ I have had 0 experience in purchasing a vehicle and was nervous about it. Good Service I made an appointment for an oil change and check up. I was checked in immediately and greeted with a smile. I was there a total of 1.5 hours. They were super busy (11am). I expected a lot longer since I’ve had experience with other brand dealerships in Lexington where a simple oil change could take 4 hours. But, the guy working the service desk apologized multiple times. Super great folks. The only negative was the lady working the cafe portion. She was a little rude but nothing drastic. More
