When you leave your vehicle with Bob for any type of service work he calls you to keep you updated of what is going on with your vehicle and approx. when you can pick your vehicle up. Fast service, no shuttle! Great service! But I was told I could drop my car off and a shuttle would take me to work, but when I got there the shuttle was in another town, so I Great service!
