Always a good experience I gave my rating a 4 star instead of 5 only because I had to wait 10-15 min. before being helped. I first went to the first service room, and waited, I gave my rating a 4 star instead of 5 only because I had to wait 10-15 min. before being helped. I first went to the first service room, and waited, and waited. I was the only customer there at the time. They were all discussing things with each other. Finally, one gentleman walked by me, and said I would get service faster if I went to the second service room. So, I did, and waited another 5 minutes. I think there were 5-6 customer service people in the first room, and 7-8 in the second room. Finally, a gentleman named Brandon helped me, and from there on, everything went smoothly. More

Highly recommended ! You folks do a great job. As I recall, my first Green's Toyota was a 2004 Matrix. I gave that to my grandson when he started driving. It has 40,000 You folks do a great job. As I recall, my first Green's Toyota was a 2004 Matrix. I gave that to my grandson when he started driving. It has 40,000 miles then, and now has 80,000 miles.
