Efficient and fast I almost got to Green's too late, but was on time! Got in immediately and checked in. Quick and reasonable service I have purchased cars at Green’s and other dealers’ as well. It is hard to beat Green’s Service Dept. Easy to make an appointment and they usually get I have purchased cars at Green’s and other dealers’ as well. It is hard to beat Green’s Service Dept. Easy to make an appointment and they usually get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is friendly and I feel they are honest and trustworthy in discussing your car’s service recommendations. They have a nice waiting area with TV’s, magazines, newspaper, and food service. It is my opinion that while their service is still 5 Star, My last two service visits have had a couple of issues. Two visits ago, I had tires replaced and it took way too long(over three hours). They told me they were short handed. The most recent visit, it took about 6-7 minutes to be acknowledged by someone in the service area, and I was first in line in the Bay Area. They also had a new computer system, which seemed to slow everyone down. I still highly recommend Green’s based on 20 plus years of service experience with them. But they need to make sure they greet customers sooner, including looking up from their computers when working. Just saying, hello and I will be with you in just a moment, will work wonders! More

Always a good experience I gave my rating a 4 star instead of 5 only because I had to wait 10-15 min. before being helped. I first went to the first service room, and waited, I gave my rating a 4 star instead of 5 only because I had to wait 10-15 min. before being helped. I first went to the first service room, and waited, and waited. I was the only customer there at the time. They were all discussing things with each other. Finally, one gentleman walked by me, and said I would get service faster if I went to the second service room. So, I did, and waited another 5 minutes. I think there were 5-6 customer service people in the first room, and 7-8 in the second room. Finally, a gentleman named Brandon helped me, and from there on, everything went smoothly. More
