Came in last week for a oil change and tire rotation. My last 1+ years of visits (more than 6) I've asked the service team to check my shocks as I have a lot of play in the car I didn't think I should h My last 1+ years of visits (more than 6) I've asked the service team to check my shocks as I have a lot of play in the car I didn't think I should have. I have feedback on multiple service summaries that it was checked and "working according to the vehicle manufacturer specifications" and "working properly". I was talked into getting an alignment that "I really needed" at the time of check in for maintenance last week, and then at check out told I really needed new tires. Came in 7 days later and purchased 4 new tires, only to be charged for another required alignment. When I went to check out, I was told I had to sign a paper because I was deferring a repeated recommendation due to having extremely weak struts on the front and back of the car????????????????? There was no mention until March 13th regarding my suspension or struts. I was even brushed off before when I asked follow up questions at checkout regarding the bounciness of the car. I have serious doubts about using Greens service moving forward. In addition while I was waiting to check out I overheard one service mechanic tell a manager they could do a job themselves because the employee was going to lunch even though the job was promised to be finished earlier. And another employee (female service team manager) tell an employee in front of another customer what that employee should tell him in response to a question because she did not want to talk to him. Truly the poorest service I've had at a dealership ever. And by the way, as I drove off of the lot and started my journey I checked my tire pressure. 3 tires were at 33 pounds, and one was at 47. (This is not ok). When I called back to the service department to find out if I could come back, Nash told me to pull over and just let a little air out of the one tire, they had obviously over filled it and forgotten to let the air back out. I am a 55 year old female with physical limitations on my way to Harrodsburg to a meeting. This is a great case study for how someone who just spent $1500 on new tires, after maintenance and an alignment last week with an estimate for another $3000 in the passenger seat should NOT be treated. Justin is the only individual in service I will work with moving forward. And that is IF I continue to use Greens. I originally started a deal with Daniel who went above and beyond to help me with what I wanted, however he had to deal with another matter of no fault to him.
