He looked at the areas I mentioned and fixed one of them and then checked the battery and found it was fine, both which pleased me. He then asked about other items to be serviced, and after printing them out gave me a cube for a drink and I waited in the waiting area. The entire service, to my surprised and pleasure, took less that an hour. I was very pleased. More
