This is my second Toyota from Green’s and I have never had a bad experience from getting my oil changed, ordering parts, having a problem with the car detected, using the drop off service, getting a shuttle to work, down to friendly service getting a snack while waiting for my car. Took care of the mixup I was scheduled by national Toyota recall resolution team for airbag replacement. When I arrived at Greens, they had me scheduled to arrive at 7:30, b I was scheduled by national Toyota recall resolution team for airbag replacement. When I arrived at Greens, they had me scheduled to arrive at 7:30, but no idea what for. I was told by people that scheduled the appt it would take an hour. They needed the car all day and Greens got me to work and picked me up. Ended up not being one of the recalled vehicles. Long story short. One star for Toyota national recall center and five stars to Greens for response under the gun. Great job Greens Toyota. More
