15,000 mile maintenance I took my 2017 Corolla in for scheduled maintenance. I booked the appointment the day before online. The service took around 45 minutes while I waited in the lounge. I was paged and went to the service desk to check out. They had a porter bring my car around. It was easy getting in and out. Bob was my service manager and he was friendly and helpful. More

100,000 mile service for my 2014 Prius at Greens Toyota Came in for service at 9:10 am, was met and greeted before I had even gotten out of my vehicle, which impressed me. Then conducted over to the service Came in for service at 9:10 am, was met and greeted before I had even gotten out of my vehicle, which impressed me. Then conducted over to the service counter and was greeted by Dylan. Dylan took care of everything and was the nicest person to deal with. I could see by the large number of customers, I might be there longer than anticipated, I was given an honest appraisal from Dylan that there were 11 cars ahead of me and since the radiator flush for my car required some extra time, I might be looking at after 12 pm when the service was finished. I didnt mind, as I always occupy myself and am never bored. I happened to have not eaten breakfast and so enjoyed a delicious sausage, biscuit and fried eggs plate with coffee from the Greens snack bar. In no it seemed my car was finished, two hours from the time I first arrived and I was out the door by 11:20, well ahead of schedule. Dylan advised me before I left that the technician recommended new brakes, which I am planning on returning in three weeks from now to have that work done. I had a very pleasant and productive experience at Greens. More
