Scheduled an appointment over the phone making sure I was still covered for extended service for oil change. Checked in Wednesday the 29. Talked to service rep about oil changes and 35,000.00 mile service wh still covered for extended service for oil change. Checked in Wednesday the 29. While the technician was there a young man who checked me out-I asked about my oil change and he replied that rotation was the MINIMUM required of the service department! To say the least I am deeply disappointed in the effort and total waste of my time . Plus one of my remaining service calls was charged for a simple tire rotation! More
