AMAZING SERVICE AND QUALITY!!! This was the second time that I have purchased a new vehicle from Green's Toyota, and I didn't think their customer service and friendliness could get any better from my firs that I have purchased a new vehicle from Green's Toyota, and I didn't think their customer service and friendliness could get any better from my first purchase with them, but it did. Green's Toyota over exceeded my expectations for a car dealership. From the moment we called asking about the vehcle we wanted, to the moment we drove off of the lot, we were treated not like customers, but like family. Dwight and the rest of the sales team who we had the pleasure of working with treated us with respect and kindness and helped us get the vehicle that we wanted. There is no other dealership that I would want to work with in the future except Green's Toyota. More

David Barrentine was just great went above and beyond for my purchase. He will not give up until you are happy with your car no pressure at all. Our experience with Jason Johnson at Green's Toyota was extremely impressive. We had been to 2 other Toyota dealers and were not able to reach the deal we wanted and were not impressed with the sales staff extremely impressive. We are very happy that we bought our tundra from Jim Cullen as he is very Informative and knows his trucks. He was a great guy to deal with we even referred my cousin and preacher to him. The bad part has been the service. We picked the truck up on Monday and the following Saturday with just 1500 miles on it we were in Lincoln ne and the trac light engine light and the four low light come on. We called and spoke with mike and he tried to find us a place to get checked but could not on Saturday which is very understandable. At that point he told us to drive it and get it back home. They took the truck into service and found that a sensor in the fuel tank caused the problem. But since then it has been back to them four more times for a total of five times for the same problem. The answer to the problem according to him and the service manager is not to fill it up with gas or it's user error which is really weird since this makes the sixth Toyota truck we have had. I guess we paid 37000 bucks for a truck so that we can put a half of tank of gas in it. Not to mention the last time we were in to discuss the problem mike ayers told us that they had been patient enough and they have been more than accomadating to the problem but yet it is not fixed. He was very disrespectful to us and talked down to us as if we were stupid. I would not refer anyone to go there ever again. I am sorry to Jim Cullen for this but he really is great at his job More
